Obama Using Marines to hold Umbrellas

It's true that according to the Marines' rules, male marines must never carry an umbrella to shield themselves from the rain. However, that rule is trumped by Title 10 of the U.S. Code, "which states that members of the Marine Corps shall 'perform such other duties as the President may direct.'" according to the Washington Post.
