To understand empowerment, try this at home. Place one live battery ( representing a Clayton county taxpayer) in a two cell flashlight. Now place a dead battery ( representing Roberta Abdul-Salaam) in the flashlight. Close the flashlight and turn it on. It is now empowered and you are left in the dark.
