....The State of Florida has the Castle Doctrine and so does The State of Georgia......However.......Clayton County opposed our lawful rights to defend our homes, from criminals and home invasions. |

....Before Georgia passed the Castle Doctrine, a criminal could enter a home and the only thing that the homeowner could do would be to sit, hide, or run, unless you could prove that the criminal was causing you bodily harm or life threatening injuries.
....With Clayton County being a Police State, The Police would rather take the time to investigate crimes in aftermath; More Job Security for Law Enforcement Profession, The Courts, The Lawyers, The County Clerks, and More Tax Monies to support the county trough.

By the way; This Law has nothing to do with your Rights to Bear Arms. The "Stand Your Ground Law" allows us the right to exercise our rights to self protection without suffering the aftermaths of legal consequences.
