"JONESBORO, Ga. (AP) Authorities say a gun and badge were stolen from the car of a Clayton County sheriff's deputy. Sheriff Kem Kimbrough tells WSB-TV that the gun was stolen from an undercover investigator's car in front of the deputy's home.
A number of other... items, including a GPS device and an MP3 player, were also taken in the Nov. 26 theft.
....Anyone that requires, or have a need for these Trigger Locks....Really shouldn't have a firearm in their home for Self Protection applications. Try to unlock the handgun in a case of emergency, when it is most needed, in the darkness, in the early morning hours, during a home invasion. First chore is finding the key to unlock the trigger and next stop is getting the bad guys to wait before doing their dirty deeds.
....I have been there, during an early morning invasion in my home; I made a mistake by keeping my weapon in one place, and my ammunition in another place. Thankfully, the bad guys jump out the nearest window when they heard my threatening language, as my wife was calling 911.
.....Something to ask Police Officers : How many installs these Trigger Locks on their Self Defense Firearms in their Homes, when they go asleep at night ?

.....This is for our Visitors, Guests, and Lurkers in Our Audience :
.......I couldn't help but notice that the classes are to be given on our Georgia State Laws.....Some might call these Laws, our State of Georgia Codes. Speaking only for myself; This is another gut busting bite of humor, presented by this lopsided dysfunctional side show circus in this county.
.....Please don't be offended by this, but I have found that many Police Officers has their own opinions about our Georgia Laws; Why ?....Because, The many of the Same Laws Don't Pertain To Them : They Are Exempt from most of these laws. If you have to rely on police to dictate your lawful rights to you, you might be too stupid to own a firearm.

...I hope that the point came across that firearms should be safely handled with serous respect, by those with lawful intentions. I also have a Handgun Discussion Forum, that I have been administrating for over 9 years.
